Before she could speak in complete sentences, Rochelle Lynn Falack was the victim of abuse by a babysitter. Eventually the horror stopped, but its subconscious effects remained: Rochelle became obsessed with a need to count. For years, the counting dominated her life—schoolwork was impossible, and interpersonal relationships were a struggle. 

Nothing could help her deal with her obsessive need to count until, at age 30, she stumbled into the world of yoga—and finally managed to find her breath.
